Juliette Goglia is an actress and musician originally from Burbank, California. Her latest single ‘February, is a catchy pop song complete with a vibrant heart at its core.

Firstly, ‘February’ opens to the sound of Goglia’s stunning vocals. Her extensive range is evident from the get-go. We are drawn to ‘February’ by Goglia’s luscious tone and delivery. In addition, we adore her sharp American accent; it cuts through the mix and adds character to the piece.

There are unusual chordal progressions to enjoy through the song, and this helps to set ‘February’ apart from the crowd. Moreover, there is a dreamy quality to the single, which further elevates the harmonies in the chorus. The middle 8 hears a change in tempo and is a nice juxtaposition to what we have enjoyed previously.

Juliette Goglia’s vocals shine in the forefront of the mix. The backing instrumentation is varied and layered too. The bass is driving and a main player in the mix, adding melodies all of its own. However, it never encroaches upon Goglia’s vocal performance and always compliments the piece as a whole.

What does Juliette Goglia say about the release?

Goglia describes ‘February’ as “(A) track for anyone who is ready to move on from someone toxic. Someone who puts their needs first, who never really cared but, this is not a victim’s song.” We felt that from the first listen. We interpreted the track as a closing of one chapter to the excitement of beginning of a new one.

Having studied popular music at USC, Goglia is also a member of Postmodern Jukebox. Her fresh and exciting sound sets the scene for her much-anticipated debut EP which is going to be released shortly. We can not wait!

In conclusion, make sure you check out ‘February’ today, Juliette Goglia does not disappoint!
