Los Angeles based musician Brett Copeland has released his excellent latest single, ‘Lasso The Stars’. It is an alternative rock single that is destined to have you reaching for the repeat button.

A disorientating opening greets the listener before a riff fuelled electric guitar breaks through. Copeland’s characterful vocals drive the track along with ease. The catchy nature of ‘Lasso The Stars’ is infectious and it is a big part of the song’s charm. Also, we adored the heavy and driving nature of the song; it is truly mesmerising.

Copeland says, “I wrote the song ‘Lasso The Stars’ for my wife. It’s about staying together and starting over fresh, no matter how bad things get.” A topic many people will be able to relate to, ‘Lasso The Stars’ will resonate with many people, and this is a big part of Copeland’s appeal.
