Taken from the EP, ‘Lunar Powered’ which was released on Black Friday, ‘Space Suit’ talks about the struggles we all face during our mental preparation while on the way to work. He opens up about his depression and having to suppress it to gain the energy to survive at his job. The honest humanity in the lyrics is what gives ‘Space Suit’ its undeniable charm. There is a warmth in his vocal delivery that is accessible. The relatable subject matter also compels the listener.

From the atmospheric keys opening to the sudden sampled ending, ‘Space Suit’ welcomes the listener into Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L’s unique and honest look at the situation he finds himself in. The lyrics fall off of his tongue seamlessly. The song feels as though it is continually moving forward, never repetitive and always evolving.

We also loved the unique and innovative artwork that accompanies the release. There is a theme with each of the releases that identify the work as being that of Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L’s instantly. The crisp and meaningful artwork give the listener a glimpse into the music it represents.

This Brooklyn born hip-hop artist is on his way to the top. With release after release of top-class lyrical poetry and production (Producer WhatsHisName, provides the interplanetary vibe that rides underneath all of Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L’s stories), Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L has an impressive back catalogue. Always moving forward and never standing still, we know he is an artist to look out for in 2020.
