Martin Smith – ‘Dancing In The Fire’
Musician Martin Smith has released the stunning album ‘Dancing In The Fire’ in February 2022. It is a rock-pop release that needs to be heard!
The title track opens the album to an infectious melody and big guitar sound. As Smith’s characterful vocals breakthrough, it is clear he is an innovative and driven artist. ‘Dancing In The Fire’ is a catchy and memorable pop song that will have you reaching for the repeat button.
‘Trouble’ features gorgeous layered vocals, meaningful lyrics and great chordal progressions. In addition, it features The Kingdom Choir and together, a wonderful sonic experience is enjoyed.

We loved ‘Everything There is To Know’; it evolves before the listener and is a textured piece of art. ‘I See You’ opens to a solo guitar, and Smith’s charming vocals guides the song along. ‘Everyday Life’ closes the release and leaves the listener wanting more!
Comments
Martin Smith says about ‘Dancing In The Fire’, “I hope the songs are more honest, more direct now. Maybe you become more confident in who you are and more secure in what you want to say.” He continues, “I definitely worry less about what people think, and so it allows you to keep on experimenting and being brave.”

Previously Smith has toured all over the world. He has been the frontman for Delirious? and Army of Bones. In addition, he has had an impressive 30-year career in music as a composer, musician and vocalist.
In 2019, Smith released the album ‘Iron Lung’. After hearing ‘Dancing In The Fire’, we very much look forward to checking out his back catalogue too.
