Super Marine are a four-piece band from Blackwood, South Wales. Their latest single ‘Decadent Flowers’ is due for release on 4th October 2019. It is an upbeat track filled with excellent musicianship.
There is a Pop/Punk feel running through the song with big guitars, drums, and bass. The vocals are warm and inviting sitting at the top of the mix. Double-tracked in places they carry weight and have authority to them. The guitars are layered and give texture throughout the song. The guitar solo is melodic, carrying on the legacy that the vocals left. We also adored the wide sound to the mix. ‘Decadent Flowers’ covers the entire sound spectrum giving each of the instrumentation space to shine.
Super Marine collaborated with producer Rich Jackson (Pretty Vicious, Future of the Left, SFA) on ‘Decadent Flowers’. Together, they have created a magnificent piece of art that is destined to stand the test of time.
