The Official 4PM say about the release, “‘What Can I Say’ is a smooth track with some Reggae influence and talks about a man who compromises his relationship by going out on his partner only to realize that the cost was way too steep.”

They continue, “After she puts him out he puts forth his best effort to apologize and recommit to her, having learned a valuable lesson. In the end, she forgives him and lets him back in, but he will forever be a changed man!”

The Official 4PM are excellent musicians and something magic happens when they perform together. They originally formed in 1991 and are still releasing exciting and driving music that sets the band apart from the crowd.
