Hailing from Knox City, musician David Moore has released the brilliant album ‘Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow’. It is an Americana release that needs to be heard this May!

‘Our Trip In The Sun’ opens the release and instantly demands the listener’s attention. Then, as the gorgeous guitars ring out, they set the scene for Moore’s charming vocals to take the reins of the song.

In addition, ‘Christine’ is a standout track. We adore the intelligent composition, thought-provoking lyrics and superb storytelling. Also, ‘Down By The Sea’ is complete with addictive melodies and inviting instrumentation.

Moreover, ‘Wordly Girl’ is a breathtaking song that takes the album in a fresh direction. Finally, the title track closes this superb album and will have you reaching for the repeat button.

David Moore says about the release, “These songs were written between the ’70s to the ’90s, and most were inspired by either past romances or close friendships/human interactions.” He continues, “‘Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow’ is a journey through time….different styles and instruments combined into music with hints of the ’60s through current day Indie.”

Influences

David Moore cites his influences as coming from artists such as Led Zeppelin (Jimmy Page) and classic rock from the 60’s to the ’80s. We can hear these muses coming through on ‘Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow’, but make no mistake; David Moore is making exciting music that is driving alt-folk the genre forward into 2023.
