Duncan Pelletier – ‘Clear’

Portland-based musician Duncan Pelletier has released his brilliant debut single ‘Clear’, in February. It is a superb release that firmly puts Pelletier as an artist to watch in 2021.

From a textured crackling opening, a stoic piano breaks through. This paves the way for Pelletier’s charming and characterful vocals to enter. There are passion and heart in his vocal performance, which shines through and fully engages the listener.

We adore the laid back vibe to the single. The instrumentation grows subtly as the track evolves and takes the listener on a journey. Pelletier can connect to his audience, which is a big part of his charm and appeal.

In addition, the mix, master and production of ‘Clear’ have been executed superbly, and they let the song shine in its brightest light.

Duncan Pelletier says about the single release, “To me, it pretty much summarizes the whole mood and theme of the record. Did this change me? Did it hurt me? Was anything my fault? Does it even matter?”

We are so excited to see that ‘Clear’ is the first single to be taken from Duncan Pelletier’s forthcoming album ‘Gone Soon’. We highly anticipate the full album dropping!
