Homme – ‘Mon Capitaine’
Hailing from France, the brilliant band Homme has released the must-hear single ‘Mon Capitaine’. It is a classic rock release you need to hear this August.
A textured solo guitar opens the release and is soon joined by gorgeous melodies and a full band. They beautifully set the scene for the vocals to enter and take the lead.
We adore the charismatic vocal performances that inject vivid colour into the piece. The chorus is thoroughly engaging and memorable; we adore the addictive vibe that stays with the listener long after the music has ended.
Homme are clearly excellent musicians in their respective fields, but when they play together, magic happens. One thing is for sure: ‘Mon Capitaine’ is a single that sets Homme apart from the crowd this Summer.
Team
In addition, ‘Mon Capitaine’ was recorded and mixed by Ludwig Laperche at Ludirox studio and mastered by Tony Lingren at Fascination Street studio. Together, the team have done a fantastic job at creating a piece of art that will stand the test of time.
Comments
Homme says about the release, “‘Mon Capitaine’ is a musical piece that reflects the quest for a soulmate, blending dream and reality. The music video depicts, through dance and light effects, this desire for mutual connection, filled with both intensity and simplicity.”
The stunning video that accompanies the release provides the perfect visuals for the audio, and we highly recommend enjoying it from the player below.
