MINUS32HEARTBEAT – ‘This City Shines So Bright’

Hailing from New York City, MINUS32HEARTBEAT has released the must-hear single ‘This City Shines So Bright’. It is an indie-rock release that needs to be on your new release radar this week.

A driving and engaging opening greets the listener with charming vocal performances and textured band sounds. We adore the addictive melodies that draw the listener in and hold our attention effortlessly.

In addition, the arrangement and chordal progressions have been intelligently composed. The driving rhythm section and compelling guitars inject the track with luscious texture and fill the sonic spectrum with vivid colour.

Moreover, the chorus is catchy and stays with the listener long after the music has ended. ‘This City Shines So Bright’ is a stunning release that needs to be on your new release radar.

Influences

MINUS32HEARTBEAT cites his influences as coming from bands such as Oasis, The Velvet Underground, and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. We can hear these muses coming through on ‘This City Shines So Bright’, but make no mistake, MINUS32HEARTBEAT stands shoulder-to-shoulder with these artists, and he is making music all of his own.
