Realma – ‘A Hint Of Pink’
Hailing from Serbia, musician Realma has release the brilliant single ‘A Hint Of Pink’, on 22nd January 2021. It is a sublime indie-pop release which reaches out and touches the listener.
A mysterious opening greets the listener. Realma’s rich and soulful vocals instantly take the reins of the song. We adore the spiritual feel to ‘A Hint Of Pink’; it engulfs the single.
The backing instrumentation is varied and weaves its way in and out of the song, creating texture and balance within the track. We love the use of reverb and delay to create a sense of space in the mix. Nothing feels crowded, and all of the instrumentation shines in its own light.
We adore how ‘A Hint Of Pink’ evolves before the listener, making us feel part of the process. Realma is a deeply talented artist who needs to be heard!
Realma says about the release, “Something horrifying happened upon the initial lockdown when my safety was put at risk by those that should’ve helped.” She continues, “My need to overcome this trauma gave charge to the single’s distinctive atmosphere, being rendered into a rustic melody that is both haunting and victorious.”
Audiovisual Collaboration
We are so pleased to see that ‘A Hint Of Pink’ is also a part of an audiovisual collaboration with young artists from the UK, Iceland, Romania and Serbia.
