Roxercat – ‘I Changed Today’

Hailing from Nashville, the superb band Roxercat have released the must-hear Americana single ‘I Changed Today’. It is a stunning release you do not want to miss this Winter.

A punchy opening greets the listener and instantly draws us in. Then, as the gorgeous instrumentation rings out, they lay the solid foundation for the soulful vocals to take the reins of the song.

In addition, there is a superb groove that establishes itself and fills the sonic spectrum with vivid colour. Moreover, we adore the catchy chorus that stays with the listener long after the music has ended.

The stunning solos that weave their way in and out of the piece are sublime, each taking the track in a fresh direction. Also, the mix, production and master of the track add further dimensions to the song. A must hear release!

Band member Price Jones says about the release, “I’ve always felt like life happens in chapters. Sometimes I sense that a major paradigm shift is about to occur.” She continues, “I have no idea what it is that’s about to happen or whether it’s going to be good or bad; I just feel an unexpected and profound sense of a change out of the blue.”

Roxercat comprises singer Price Jones, guitarist Stan Lassiter, and bassist Bill Francis. They are all superb musicians and shine bright when they play together.
