Starfish64 – ‘Scattered Pieces Of Blue’

Hailing from Giessen, Starfish64 is a band you need to know about this Summer. Their latest album release, Scattered Pieces Of Blue’, is an art-rock release that will have you reaching for the repeat button.

‘Blue Piece (Of Something in The Air)’ opens the release and instantly invites the listener in. We adore the punchy rhythm section, charismatic vocals and driving guitars.

‘Forget Me Not’ swims into the sonic spectrum and evolves before the listener. The relatable lyrics resonate with the listener and layers of wonderful vocals are filled with a luscious texture that sets the piece alight.

In addition, ‘Happiness’ takes the album in a fresh direction keeping the listener on their toes. Also, ‘Intersection One’ is a characterful song with a driving beat and intriguing vocals. Finally, ‘Space Junk’ closes the release, and the sound gets heavier as the track progresses.

In addition, we adore the mix, master and production of Scattered Pieces Of Blue’. It is a compelling release that needs to be heard!

Starfish64 comprises of band members Dieter Hoffmann, Henrik Kropp, Martin Pownall, and Dominik Suhl. They are excellent musicians in their respective fields, but the magic happens when they come together!
