1.0.8. – ‘Life Express’
Yorkshire-based artist 1.0.8. has released the magnificent single ‘Life Express’. It is an Americana release with a big heart.
1.0.8.’s soulful vocals open the release. They are hard-hitting and affecting from the get-go, filling the sonic spectrum with colour. The stripped-back instrumentation, in the beginning, lets the single shine in the light in which it was written.
‘Life Express’ is a single which evolves before the listener. Layered and varied instrumentation enter and add their unique colour to the piece.
We adore the chorus, which is memorable, and the main melody will have the listener reaching for the repeat button. 1.0.8 knows how to write a classic song, and ‘Life Express’ is no exception!
