Brett Copeland – ‘Your Paradise’

One of our favourite artists is back! Los Angeles-based musician Brett Copeland has released his superb single ‘Your Paradise’, today 10th July 2020. It is indie-rock at it’s finest.

An atmospheric opening greets the listener before a driving beat breaks through. The melodic bass and driving synths create a solid foundation for Copeland’s addictive vocals to breakthrough. The main riff in the chorus is a wonderful hook that has the listener entranced and reaching for the repeat button.

Copeland’s vocals are filled with heart and soul, and his performance is genuine and enticing. Also, we adore the mix, master and production of the single. It is rich and inviting and lets the song shine in the light in which it was written.

Copeland Comments

Copeland says about the release, “Your Paradise’ is the story of a young man who suffered harrowing, archaic toils during years of a brutal, undeserved incarceration. Then, upon his glorious release, is suddenly thrust into its antithesis – the decadent, Dionysian spoils of the Los Angeles music scene. It is the story of extreme trials and tribulations and ultimate redemption.”

‘Your Paradise’ was superbly written and produced by Brett Copeland. In addition, the song features instrumentation from members of Grandson, Dead Posey and Palaye Royale. Together, the team have done an excellent job in creating a piece of art that will stand the test of time.

One thing is for sure; Brett Copeland is an exciting and driving artist. We know ‘Your Paradise’ will please existing Brett Copeland fans while winning him an army of new ones too. We very much look forward to hearing in which direction he will go next.
