GEISTE – ‘Tide’
GEISTE is back with her superb synth-pop release ‘Tide’. It is an electronic-pop classic in the making, and this supreme artist will have you reaching for the repeat button!
An atmospheric opening opens the piece before GEISTE’s soulful vocals kick in. There is a vulnerability in her tone, which reaches out and touches the listener.
We adore the compelling nature of ‘Tide’; it is a song which demands the listener’s attention. The chorus is impactful and thoroughly engaging. The layered instrumentation has been mixed superbly, and a balanced and harmonious feel has been achieved.
The rise and fall in the instrumentation are beautiful. ‘Tide’ is a song which evolves with the listener, and the intelligent arrangement further enhances the single. ‘Tide’ is a wonderful introduction to GEISTE; she is an artist who is going places.
‘Tide’ is the second single in as many months. GEISTE is a prolific writer who is mastering her craft with this latest release. The dark and enchanting soundscape that GEISTE produces is truly magical.

Hailing originally from the south of France near the town of St Tropez, GEISTE is an artist who is making music that needs to be heard. She is continually pushing boundaries and innovating the genre of electronic-pop with her genius compositions. ‘Tide’ is no exception.
GEISTE was originally booked to perform at Liverpool Sound City in 2020. Due to the covid pandemic, that was cancelled, and we are pleased to see that it is being rebooked for 2021, something to look forward to!
