Harvey Betts – ‘LATE NIGHTS’
‘LATE NIGHTS’ is the latest release by Somerset-based artist Harvey Betts. It is a superb release that needs to be heard!
From an enticing intro, ‘DAYS IN THE ATTIC’ is the first full song. Layered instrumentation fills the sonic spectrum, and the fast, free-flowing lyrics effortlessly captivate the listener. We love the chorus; it is addictive and memorable.
We adore ‘ON ROCKS’ the compelling vibe is intoxicating. ‘Far Away’ has an acoustic opening before the captivating vocals drop. ‘I DID YOU WRONG’ feat. Pixie Cola is another stand out track; we love the mix of guitars and synths, and the vocals are relatable and melody memorable.
Betts says about the release, “‘LATE NIGHTS’ has finally come, and I couldn’t be more happy. Had to overcome so many things to create this album and I hope the fans enjoy every second of it. It’s a full representation of my life; the struggles I’ve faced, the things I’ve overcome, the best and the worst moments of my life. I hope people can vibe out to this album for life… love to all.”
Betts cites his influences as artists such as Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Denzel Curry and Trippie Redd. We can hear these influences coming through on ‘LATE NIGHTS’ but make no mistake, Harvey Betts is in a league all of his own.
In addition, we caught up with Betts for a full interview following the release of ‘LATE NIGHTS’. It can be found here.
So make sure you add ‘LATE NIGHTS’ to your weekday playlist. Harvey Betts is a young and talented artist who is destined for big things. We very much look forward to hearing what will come next!
