Jeff Symonds – ‘Riverrun’
Musician Jeff Symonds released the superb album ‘Riverrun, in December 2020. It is a wonderful classic-rock album that needs to be heard!
‘Florida’ opens the release. Gorgeous guitars swim into the sonic spectrum and instantly demands the listener’s attention. We adore the captivating storytelling nature of the song. Jeff Symonds is a musician with a poets heart.
‘Out of Here’ is a standout song. The driving nature instantly grabs the audience’s attention. We adore ‘Shades Of Grey’ from the staccato guitars to melodic bass and charismatic vocals; it is a brilliant track.
‘Kissimmee’ is the lead single from the album and we can see why! It is a catchy and captivating song that will have the listener reaching for the repeat button.
In addition, ‘Hold On’ and ‘Elegy’ take the album in fresh directions. ‘Luckiest Person Alive’ closes the thirteen-track release and leaves the listener wanting more!
Symonds says about the album, “It’s the kind of record that a lifetime in music prepares you to make, a record we didn’t know we needed until hearing it.” For 25 years Symonds has been a session and touring musician. We are so thrilled to have heard this solo album which is filled with tracks that you will want to hear again and again.
