LAUTMALR – ‘Demons’
Berlin-based producer and musician LAUTMALR has released the magnificent single ‘Demons’ in January 2021.
An atmospheric opening greets the listener. Luscious synths fill the sonic spectrum, and the scene is set. As the beat drops, the audience is fully engaged.
We adore how ‘Demons’ evolves with the listener, and there are layers of texture and colour to be enjoyed. As the melody breaks through, the single morphs into an exciting tapestry of audio pleasure and ‘Demons’ is a single that will have you reaching for the repeat button.
Also, the mix, master and production of the song are excellent. Every part of the enticing instrumentation has its own space in the mix and shines bright. There is a cinematic feel to ‘Demons’ which reaches out and touches the listener. LAUTMALR is an intelligent composer and arranger, and ‘Demons’ is the perfect example of this.
LAUTMALR says about the release, “‘Demons’ is one of these songs you don’t know exactly from where they came from or how they developed. After experimenting with different synthesizers and effects, the track was suddenly there.” He continues, “It reminded me directly of the feeling when negative thoughts and emotions are coming up and dominate the body. Those inner demons that every one of us meets from time to time.”
