Marble Mammoth is an indie-rock band hailing from Stockholm. Their latest single ‘Have the Sun Lick Your Mind’ is a gorgeous alternative rock song with a big heart.
An enticing opening greets the listener. Gorgeous guitars fill the sonic spectrum, and the melodies are catchy. We adore the vocals which are filled with character and fantastic tone. The vocals are permeated with character and charm, that is intoxicating.
We adore the chorus; it is memorable and will have the listener reaching for the repeat button. There is a wonderful guitar solo; it is gritty and adds extra texture to the piece. The harmonies are gorgeous too. We thought that the arrangement of the single is excellent. The varied instrumentation has its own space in the mix, and a harmonious balance is achieved.
