Mason Summit – ‘Snowblind’
Hailing from Los Angeles, musician Mason Summit has released the spellbinding single ‘Snowblind’, in February 2021. It is an indie-pop single with a big heart!
A gorgeous vibe opens the release. There are unpredictable chordal progressions that take the listener on unexpected twists and turns, holding our attention effortlessly. In addition, the melodies are memorable and stay with the audience long after the music has ended.
We adore the chorus, which features layered vocals and instrumentation which inject their unique colour into the piece. Summit knows how to draw the listener in, and ‘Snowblind’ is a song that needs to be heard to be fully appreciated!
‘Snowblind’ has been brilliantly mixed by Oliver Roman and mastered by Mark Chalecki/Little Red Book Mastering. In addition, the original artwork is by Hazel/Paper Lune. Together, the team have done an excellent job in crafting a single which will stand the test of time.
Summit says about the release, “(‘Snowblind’ is) a jangly, melancholy pop song about nature and risk taking, coupled with a moody instrumental called ‘Tullamore’.” One thing is for sure, ‘Snowblind’ will have you reaching for the repeat button!

Previously, Summit has produced & played on songs by Jensen McRae, Jaw Talk, & Irene Greene. He is a talented and versatile artist who is continually pushing forward and making waves.
