Neepz – ‘Ras Warrior’ Feat. Najashi
The superb artist Neepz has collaborated with the equally fantastic artist Najashi to release the afrobeat single, ‘Ras Warrior’. It is an exciting and dynamic release that needs to be heard!
An attention-grabbing opening greets the listener. We love the vibe of the single as the song progresses; it is filled with intoxicating colour and fully captivates the listener.
The vocal performances are filled with passion and carry a positive message that hit the audience hard. Also, the lyrics effortlessly flow, and this is testament to the talent these two artists possess.
The varied and backing instrumentation provides the perfect backdrop for Neepz, and Najashi to shine. In addition, the chorus is catchy and will have the audience reaching for the repeat button.
The duo says about the release, “‘Ras Warrior’ speaks about people standing up for their rights, as Reggae musicians always have. It speaks to the core of the Reggae culture.” They continue “(Our) lyrics are meant to bring enlightenment and conscious thoughts to inspire people to care for themselves and for one another.”

This is the third collaboration by the pair, and they have also been joined by the Chilean pianist, Rob C who provided extra keys to the release. They are all excellent musicians and bring their unique talents to the single.
Neepz is also from the band Dread Daze. He is a talented and deeply gifted artist who needs to be heard. Judging by the strength of ‘Ras Warrior’, we can not wait to check out his back catalogue.
