TRYINGTOGETBY – ‘OHNO’
Chicago-based musician TRYINGTOGETBY has released the stunning single ‘OHNO’ in April 2021. It is an alternative-rock classic in the making!
An inviting organ opens the release before the enticing band kicks in. There is an addictive energy that is apparent from the get-go, and it is one that thoroughly intoxicates the listener.
TRYINGTOGETBY’s unique mix of Punk and Ska is innovative and compelling. We love the vocals that are filled with power and purpose. Also, the chorus is addictive, and it will have the listener reaching for the repeat button.
There is a luscious texture to the single. The varied and layered instrumentation create colour within the piece. ‘OHNO’ is a single that needs to be heard to be fully appreciated.
