WiL – ‘I’m Sorry’

Hailing from Canada, musician WiL has released the excellent single ‘I’m Sorry’. It is a folk-pop release that will have you reaching for the repeat button this Spring.

From a piano, atmospheric opening, a wonderful groove breaks through. WiL’s soulful vocals take the reins of the track, and he instantly demands the audience’s attention.

We adore the relatable lyrics that reach out and touch the listener. As the chorus kicks in, we find ourselves fully invested. ‘I’m Sorry’ features excellent chordal progressions, memorable melodies and stoic percussion.

In addition, the gorgeous string arrangement underpins the main melody adding extra colour to an intelligently composed song. What a superb artist WiL is!

We are so excited to see that WiL is set to release his sixth studio album, entitled ‘The Gold Mine’, later this month. After hearing ‘I’m Sorry’, we can not wait for the full album to drop. Make sure you follow WiL’s socials below to be the first to hear about new music.

WiL says about the single, “I think in any relationship, being lovers, best friends or both, you say things you just don’t mean.” He continues, “We all get complacent or cranky at times. It’s human nature to have bad moments or days… the important thing is to know how and when to say ‘I’m Sorry’.”
