One of our favourite artists, Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L is back! His 2019 release ‘Heaven’ is yet another amazing track that has been masterfully composed and wonderfully produced.

There is a sparse beginning to ‘Heaven’. We hear a solo synth before Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L’s unmistakable vocals kick in. The chorus is hauntinly beautiful and as always, Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L’s laid back delivery hits hard with the listener. Lyrics such as, “Dying on my feet and living only through my dreams / I’m gliding through this life I see what it all really means.” are beautifully poetic and meaningful. ‘Heaven’ is not the longest song, standing at 1:54 in length but it sure packs a big punch.

Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L says about his work, “(He) consistently reinforces the notion we’re all just witnessing the world turn, and that every once in a while we enter its orbit to engage with life, love, sex, inebriation, and solitude.” These are all themes and ideas we can relate to and there is solace to be found in Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L’s music.

The production is just as important as the composition with ‘Heaven’. Producer WhatsHisName and member of Free Creation Label provides the interplanetary vibe that rides underneath all of Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L’s releases. Every detail from reverbs to delays to the overall balance has been executed superbly here. This is an artist who has his distinctive sound that is instantly recognisable as Breon S.Y.N.D.E.L and we love it!
