‘Stay’ is the latest single from the alt-pop artiste, RIDER. It is a compelling release which is destined to please existing RIDER fans while winning her an army of new ones too.
An atmospheric opening greets the listener. RIDER’s upbeat pop vocals kick in, and the song is in full flow. We love the joyous feel of the single. The kick drum feels like the heartbeat of the song, driving the vibe along. The charming melodies are just the tonic that we need to hear at the moment. RIDER is innovating and reinventing pop music for 2020, her infectious and rallying call is destined to have you reaching for the repeat button.
RIDER has previously worked on many projects including; a Volvo TV Advert, BBC Strictly Come Dancing, BBC Radio 2 Jingles, Disney Aladdin (2019), Netflix – ‘Cable Girls’ (2020), BMG Awards (Nominated for “Best Trailer” & “Best Sports Promo”), and Mary Shelley’s 2018 Motion Picture Soundtrack.
RIDER spent her early years in Pennsylvania before moving to the UK with her family. They moved around various cities in the UK before she began studying at the Liverpool Sir Paul McCartney’s LIPA. RIDER says, “The name RIDER to me means speed, forever moving, riding life, excitement, coasting along. It has a positive feel about it and i’m a glass-half-full kinda girl. Life’s good!”
